Norovirus
Noroviruses are a group of related,
single-stranded RNA, nonenveloped viruses that cause
acute gastroenteritis in humans. Norovirus is the
official genus name for the group of viruses that
were previously referred to as "Norwalk-like
viruses" (NLV).
